So, we had a leather sofa that we really liked. When it started blistering on the surface, I called Arhaus, the manufacturer, to ask about having it repaired. I sent photos to them and they asked a few questions...when they determined that the leather was in fact defective, they gave me a store credit for the full price of the sofa. Today, they took the old one away and delivered our new sofa and chair and 1/2 and I feel like I'm in a new home.
This weekend, I'll arrange the furniture and play with our new design. I told the customer service rep, Anita, that I'd tell everyone I knew how great they were. So, that's what I'm doing here. If you are looking for new furniture, go to Arhaus. They have beautiful furniture, they're great to work with, and their customer service is tops. And, when my furniture was delivered, John and Thomas happened to mention what a great company it was to work for...I think that's one of the best compliment to an employer, when your people are happy working for you. Congrats, Arhaus. You're doing things the right way.
