Time management...there is a large bookshelf dedicated to the topic in a nearby bookstore. I assume that's because it's hard to do and can anyone really be an expert? You can always read another book on it and try new methods of managing your time. However, I find that as soon as I've got things together and am in a groove, things change and that same system won't work anymore. Since the SHOOT event, we've had several calls from agencies to pitch treatments and present proposals. I know they can't possibly all turn into actual assignments, but I'm preparing for the possibility that we might be very busy in the coming months so I'm trying to get a lot done in these few days before the storm hits.
These are the good problems of a small business growing. I just have to keep reminding myself to stay flexible with time management and be prepared. You can never be too prepared...
